INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 cup icing sugar
2 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
395 gm can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 drops pink food coloring
DIRECTIONS
Grease a deep 19cm tin or cake pan.
Sift icing sugar into a large bowl.
Stir in coconut, milk, vanilla.
Mix well.
Using hands, press half mix over base of pan.
Knead coloring into remaining mix.
Press evenly over first layer.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
