Dehydrating
My favorites:
Slice sweet apples like Fuji or delicious in chips.
While slicing drop them in very cold water and ascorbic acid
(about 1 tablespoon for 1 g water).
Put on shelves.
After about 5 hours check.
Salt them in cinnamon.
Leather:
Any fruit puree (in blender).
Spread on buttered plastic sheet that comes with dehydrator.
Tomatoes:
Skin (leave in sun or drop in hot water) cut in half.
Flatten pieces.
Place on shelve.
Check 7 hours.
Take all juice and make tomato sauce.
Peaches:
Do as apples.
Use sweet peaches.
