Stuffing

DIRECTIONS

2 packages of dried bread
Cook together 2-3 stocks of celery and 1 small onion chopped fairly fine, 1/4 cube margarine or butter, 1/2 small bottle of poultry seasoning in frying pan. Salt and pepper.
Mix mixture with bread crumbs and mix.
You can add more stuff as you can now see what it looks like.
Sometimes I add up to 1/4 cup more melted butter.
Add very hot water until moist but not mushy.

Left over stuffing that won't fit in bird.
Put a little margarine on top of stuffing and baking dish.
Cover.
Microwave or in oven.
Mix this with turkey stuffed stuffing to the point that you do not have dry stuffing.
Mix--do not leave stuffing in turkey after it's cooked, or salmonella poisoning could result.
