Stuffing
: Pork Stuffing
INGREDIENTS
2lb tube of sausage meat (must be fatty)
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 onion finely chopped
4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2-3 tablespoon boiling water
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix all up and add a beaten egg.
Stuff in turkey.
What doesn't fit can bake in a pan on the side until cooked.
