Cacciatore
Works great in Dutch oven.
This is great to use meat or poultry of game or beef and chicken.
DIRECTIONS
Brown meat bird in flour, salt, pepper
and "season all" seasoned
salt and mix.
Dry.
If you have left over flour and stuff keep it.
In a bowl add 1 can chopped tomatoes, wine or sherry, garlic
salt, peppers, 1 pg dried Spaghetti mix and mix and anything
else you like.
Stock --2 cans mushrooms, fresh sautéed
work great, onion, carrots sliced, some celery.
Pour mixture over the top.
Cook 2 hrs.
Do not let it dry out use water to keep it moist.
Drag out all stuff and make milk gravy (no fat milk).
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
