Ice Cream Cake
Saves the hassle of dishing out ice cream while serving cake!
DIRECTIONS
Bake a standard chocolate sponge cake in two round pans.
Slice cakes horizontally in half, so you wind up with four
round thin cakes.
On top of one, spread slightly melted mint chocolate chip
ice cream.
Put second cake on top.
Put a layer of chocolate icing on top of second cake.
Put third cake on top.
Put a second layer of ice cream.
Put fourth cake on top.
Cover entirely with chocolate icing.
