Cake Elegant
DIRECTIONS
Make a crust by mixing 1 1/2 cup grated graham crackers, 1/4
cup powdered sugar, teaspoon all spice, 1/3 cup melted butter.
Spread in bottom of a 9x10 pie pan, pressing some up the sides
to forma 1/2" rim.
2 8oz packages cream cheese (room temp)
2 eggs lightly beaten
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
Stir cheese until soft and creamy.
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Beat until thoroughly creamed and smooth.
Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 25 min.
Top with 1 1/2 cup sour cream.
4 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
Return to oven, increase temp to 450 and bake for 7 min.
Cool, then chill.
