White Bread
INGREDIENTS
2 cup flour
1/24 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 package yeast
DIRECTIONS
Heat in saucepan 2 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup oil
Add 1 egg and warm liquid to flour mix.
Beat 1/2 min at low speed, 3 min at medium speed.
By hand, stir in 4-5 cup more flour to form a soft dough.
Knead un floured surface until smooth and elastic=about 1 min.
Cover dough, let rise in warm place until light and doubled,
45-60 min.
Punch down dough.
Shape into two loaves.
Place in greased pans.
Cover, let rise in warm place 30-45 min.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min until loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from pan immediately.
