Cinnamon
Raisin Bread (machine)
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon margarine or butter softened
4 cup bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
DIRECTIONS
Mix in 3/4 cup raisins.
Measure and add liquid ingredients.
Measure and add dry ingredients, except yeast.
Use finger to form a well in flour where you pour in yeast.
Select "Sweet" setting on machine.
Start.
When machine beeps during knead, raise lid and add raisins in
a few at a time.
