Baked Blueberry Rolls
INGREDIENTS
2 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon cold shortening
3/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Sift dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
Add milk.
Knead lightly a few seconds, using as little flour as possible.
Mix in blueberries or huckleberries.
Roll out half in thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake 450 about 12 min.
