If you are anything like me, you prefer to keep your kitchen counters free of extra “stuff” while cooking. I’m constantly clearing, tossing, and wiping counters when creating a dish. The Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder also has a substantial acrylic splash guard to protect your family cookbook from those inevitable splashes or sprays. (I had an incident this morning with a Dijon-style mustard squirt dispenser that got quite ugly, and the splash guard saved my family cookbook, but not my favorite white sweater.) The splash guard has hinges that fold down to make it easy to change cookbooks whenever you want.
Note: The Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder is designed to be permanently mounted beneath any kitchen cabinet, so make sure it is installed where you can use it best.

That is really neat! I’ve never seen anything like it before, but it seems like something that every house should have. Goodness knows that I sure don’t have the space to lay out a cook book on my counter!
