NEW: Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder

If you are anything like me, you prefer to keep your kitchen counters free of extra “stuff” while cooking. I’m constantly clearing, tossing, and wiping counters when creating a dish. That is why I really enjoy using our new Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder, a new product now in our stockroom that helps keep the counter open while allowing me to read the recipe quickly and easily.

Great thing is, I can just push up the Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder and my favorite cookbook is hidden away ready for creating my next gastronomic extravaganza.

The Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder itself is made of a beautiful, durable oak-finished hard wood that is large enough (18″ x 14″ x 2″) for big cookbooks as well as your spiral bound homemade family cookbooks (made with Matilda’s Fantastic Cookbook Software, of course).

The Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder also has a substantial acrylic splash guard to protect your family cookbook from those inevitable splashes or sprays. (I had an incident this morning with a Dijon-style mustard squirt dispenser that got quite ugly, and the splash guard saved my family cookbook, but not my favorite white sweater.)  The splash guard has hinges that fold down to make it easy to change cookbooks whenever you want.

Note: The Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder is designed to be permanently mounted beneath any kitchen cabinet, so make sure it is installed where you can use it best.

Now to see about getting that mustard out of my white sweater.

Happy Cookbooking,

Erin

  1. That is really neat! I’ve never seen anything like it before, but it seems like something that every house should have. Goodness knows that I sure don’t have the space to lay out a cook book on my counter!
