(Contest guidelines: Post your best recipe in the “comments” section of this entry. On May 5th we’ll choose the best recipe as our winner. Winner gets a $50 check. Recipe can be main course, cookie or whatever.)

Sauté one pound of ground-pork with 1/4cup garlic powder.
Add ¼ cup molasses and water, ad shrimp, thicken with cornstarch.

“Meatloaf Muffin”
1box stovetop stuffing, 2 eggs, 1c water, 1# hamburger.
Mix. Divide into muffin pan. Bake 350/37 minutes.

Melt 1c. chocolate chips in microwave. Stir in 1/4 c. peanut butter. Spoon onto wax paper, freeze for half hour.

Easy Veggie Beef Soup

1 pound hamburger ( ground chuck preferred)

2 cups frozen veg-all

1 large can V-8 Juice – mild or spicy

1/2 can ( the V-8 can ) water

salt and pepper to taste

Combine all( break up the meat) in large stock pot. Simmer over medium heat 45 minutes.

So ok, 20 words or less…here we go.

1 # cooked pasta
favorite spaghetti recipe
1c mozzarella, shredded
Parmesan for garnish

combine all in skillet,bake@375 15 minutes.

1 can Rotel
1 Can cheddar cheese soup
Flour tortillas

roll up meat, top with rotel and soup.

bake @ 375 20 minutes.
